The first step is to navigate to the app store

Then you will navigate to the search bar in the app store

Then type “Citrix Receiver for iPad” and search.

You will notice the download icon, circled in orange. Click that icon.

The Citrix receiver will show you a summary that you can view.

You will notice the download progress icon shown here circled.

Once the download is complete, you will be prompted to open Citrix.

You will now need to add an account to the Citrix Receiver. Click “add account”

In the address bar, type “Go.levelcloud.net” and then tap “Next”

For the logon screen, type your provided username and password, and ensure that the domain is “aio”, then tap Log On.

In the “Select a Store” Section, choose “lc65store” and tap Save.

Now you will be brought to your Levelcloud workspace Launchpad Where you can open, and add applications. To add, tap the plus sign

A window will pop up from the left, and you can view all available apps that are available to you. To add apps, tap the plus signs.

Now that the applications have been added to your Launchpad, you can hid the pop out window by clicking the return arrow.

Now you can open your chosen application, for this example, Prolaw. You will notice the pop out loading window, showing open progress.

The program will behave as it would if it were on your desktop, only you can access it from your iPad. Performance will be the same.

Let’s try opening another application, Microsoft Word.

You can use your iPad’s keyboard to type, as you would on your desktop. The program is exactly the same as a desktop-based program.

With the program running on iPad, you maintain all functionality.

You can insert a picture from file, by navigating to Insert>picture.

A dialogue box will appear, where you can navigate through your cloud desktop, with complete access to all files and shared drives.

You can now select a picutre that you would like to insert into the document. Tap “insert”.

You can see that the photo was added to the document.

You will want to save the document by tapping “file” and “save”.

Select the file location where you want to save your document.

Ensure that your location is selected, and you name your file, the tap Save.

To ensure that the file was saved, or if you want to browse your computer’s files, select “Explorer” from your available apps.

Navigate to the file location where you saved the document, and double click the file.

Word will again open up, the same as it would on a desktop.

There is your file, exactly the way that you saved it!
